COVID-19 Letter to Clients & List of Resources
Dear Current & Prospective MPS clients,
In this time of worry, fear, and uncertainty our staff remains committed to supporting your emotional and physical health.
In order to exercise the utmost caution for our safety, our office is currently providing virtual teletherapy services. This allows us the opportunity to provide ongoing support and guidance during these unprecedented times. The MPS team is here to help you process your feelings, provide helpful ways to manage stress, reduce anxiety, develop healthy self-care routines, and continue to assist you in progressing on established treatment goals.
MPS will regularly monitor recommendations from the CDC and local governments to reassess the safety of resuming in-person meetings. Our goal continues to be to provide strategies for well-being so you can thrive during this difficult time.
Please feel free to get in touch with our office if we can answer any questions and please see the helpful list of National, State, and Mental Health resources and articles listed below.
We wish everyone good health and happiness!
The MPS TEAM
