Dr. Lipsky specializes in providing consultation services to counseling and mental healthcare professionals from a variety of experience levels (from new graduates to clinicians with decades of experience) and disciplines (including marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, social workers and psychologists).
Professional consultation services help clinicians provide the most effective treatment to clients, while reminding clinicians to be mindful of his/her own personal needs.

Approach to consultation sessions:
Dr. Lipsky plays an active role in the consultation process and draws on her background in communications, education, counseling psychology and clinical psychology. She values collaboration and tailors consultation sessions to meet clinician needs. She utilizes evidenced-based treatment strategies and works with clinicians to identify personal factors that may be interfering with his/her work to decode case challenges.

To best meet the needs of busy clinicians, consultation sessions are available in a variety of formats, including:
- A one-time basis
- An ongoing basis
- As-needed basis
- A consultation group * (if available)
