Dr. Eujene provides therapy and assessment services for children, adolescents, and young adults. She is passionate about helping young people better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions and experiences, and develop practical skills that help them feel more confident and capable in their everyday lives.

Dr. Eujene specializes in anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, complex trauma, identity exploration, and behavioral and emotional challenges. She has expertise working with separation anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, and the effects of traumatic experiences.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from evidence-based treatments including Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma and PTSD, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy, while incorporating relational and psychodynamic approaches to meet each client’s unique developmental needs, experiences, and goals.

When working with children and adolescents, Dr. Eujene recognizes that meaningful change often extends beyond the therapy room. She values caregiver involvement and works collaboratively with parents and families to better understand a child’s needs, strengthen relationships, and develop strategies that support progress at home and in daily life. She also provides family therapy for clients navigating relationship concerns, communication difficulties, and family challenges.

Dr. Eujene is committed to creating an affirming and culturally responsive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and supported. She welcomes clients from a wide range of racial and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, and immigration experiences. Her doctoral research reflects this commitment, focusing on the experiences of students of color in schools and how culturally responsive practices can strengthen student-teacher relationships.

Dr. Eujene earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the APA-accredited University of Virginia and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University. Her clinical experience spans psychiatric hospitals, community mental health centers, college counseling centers, and private practice.
